POLICAP® abrasive caps in conical shape with radius end, shape L. POLICAP® products have a seamless design and the entire surface area can be used. The specific structure of the ceramic oxide grain and the active-grinding bond components make this ideal for work on stainless steels (INOX) and the high-temperature-resistant nickelbased and cobalt-based alloys that are frequently used in turbine construction, e.g. INCONEL, HASTELLOY. The active grinding additives prevent loading and facilitate cooler grinding with considerably higher stock removal rate. Color code for ceramic oxide grain CO-COOL = red

Recommendations for use:
To easily change the abrasive caps and cones, give them a slight clockwise twist and pull them up and off. When doing so, leave the abrasive holder clamped in the power tool, and fix in place.
Recommendations for use 1:
For best performance, use at a recommended peripheral speed of 2,000-4,000 SFPM.
Safety notes:
The maximum permitted peripheral speed is 5,500 SFPM.
